摘要
中学英语教师深度学习是学生深度学习的基础,但鲜有研究论述中学英语教师深度学习途径。基于成人学习领域中的转化性学习理论,本文认为,中学英语教师深度学习就是转变他们具体信念和信念体系的学习,其途径包括:日常教学问题化、教学反思批判化、对话交流建构化以及行动实践循环化。四条途径各自都有具体实现方法,依次为:教育叙事和学生调查、概念导图和隐喻分析、传帮带和共同体以及行动研究。
Secondary school English teachers' deep learning is the basis for student deep learning. But ways for secondary school English teachers' deep learning are insufficiently studied. Based on transformative learning theory for adult learning, this paper proposes that: 1) secondary school English teachers' deep learning is the learning that transforms their specific beliefs or belief systems; 2) the ways for deep learning include problematizing routine teaching, making reflection critical, making dialogue constructive, and cycling teaching practice; 3) the specific methods for the four ways are educational narrative and student investigation, concept map and metaphor analysis, mentoring activity and learning community, and action research.
