艾灸结合功能性电刺激治疗轻中度良性前列腺增生症的临床观察

Clinical observation on treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with moxibustion and Functional Electrical Stimulation therapy

目的观察艾灸结合功能性电刺激在轻中度良性前列腺增生症(BPH)患者临床治疗中的干预效果。方法按照随机原则将招募的70例轻中度BPH患者分为治疗组(35例)、对照组(35例),治疗组以艾灸结合功能性电刺激干预,对照组采用口服目前临床一线用药非那雄胺治疗,比较两组患者干预6周后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生存质量评分(QOL)、前列腺体积(PV)以及膀胱残余尿量等的变化。结果两组患者治疗6周后IPSS,QOL均较治疗前有所降低,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但两组患者PV、膀胱残余尿量的改善均无显著效应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾灸结合功能性电刺激在改善轻中度BPH患者排尿障碍临床症状的疗效较单纯口服非那雄胺为优,但对改善PV、膀胱残余尿量方面效应不显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Moxibustion and Functional Electrical Stimulation therapy in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with mild and moderate syndrome. Methods 70 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia with mild and moderate syndromewere randomly divided into two groups,35 patients in treatment group,treated with Moxibustion and Functional Electrical Stimulation therapy,and 35 patients in control group,treated with Finasteride. 6 weeks of treatment later,the clinical curative efficacy in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results After treatment,the IPSS and QOL in both groups has been decreased,treatment group superior to those of control group,and there were significantly differences（P〈0. 01,P〈0. 01）. In reducing size change of prostate and bladder residual urine volume two groups had no significant difference. Conclusion Moxibustion and Functional Electrical Stimulation therapy in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia with mild and moderate syndrome has a better clinical efficacy than that of orally taking Finasteride alone. However there was no clinical efficacy in size change of prostate and bladder residual urine volume in two groups.
