慢性心力衰竭康复治疗的研究进展

Research progress of rehabilitation treatment of chronic heart failure

人口老龄化的不断发展等因素,使慢性心力衰竭的发病率逐年升高,其5年存活率低、死亡率高,预后严重不良。随着近年来康复医学的快速发展,心衰的康复治疗显得尤为重要。心衰康复所包含的内容广泛,涉及运动治疗、饮食治疗、手术治疗、药物治疗等。下面对近些年国内外慢性心衰康复的研究进展进行综述。

The morbidity of chronic heart failure has been increasing year by year with theaged tendency of population,and it has the characteristics of a low five-year survival rate,a high death rate and poor prognosis. As the rapid progress of rehabilitation medicine,therehabilitation treatment of chronic heart failure is becoming increasingly significant. And it includes many aspects,such as exercise training,dietetictherapyoperative treatment,drug treatment and so on. In the following,the article mainly reviewed research progress of the CHF rehabilitation at home and abroad these years.
