教育和管理对改善出院患者胰岛素注射正确率的影响

Effect of education and management on improving the accuracy of insulin injection in discharged patients

目的探讨通过教育和管理运用PDCA活动在改善糖尿病患者出院注射胰岛素不良事件的应用效果。方法成立糖尿病专案小组,运用PDCA循环管理方法对循环的4个阶段8个步骤对我院内科8个病区2015年6月至12月住院的糖尿病胰岛素注射的患者进行调查,运用鱼骨图分析法找出各种主要原因,针对要因制定实施对策。结果专案实施后发现患者出院注射胰岛素的正确率由72%提高为93.67%。结论运用教育和管理通过PDCA活动改进了工作方法,提高了住院患者胰岛素注射的正确率,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore through education and management by using PDCA activity in improving hospital for patients with diabetes insulin injections and application effect of adverse events. Methods Diabetes project team established,using the PDCA cycle management approach to the cycle of four phase eight step 8 ward in our hospital medical hospital in June 2015 to Dec of diabetes patients with insulin injections of insulin injections,using the fishbone diagram analysis method to find all kinds of main reason,make and implement countermeasures against will. Results The project implementation after the hospital found that patients with insulin injections accuracy from 72% to 93. 67%. Conclusion The use of education and management by PDCA activity to improve the working methods,improve the insulin injections of hospitalized patients with accuracy,improve the quality of nursing.
