国企女性员工宗教信仰研究

摘要 国企女性员工宗教信仰问题研究不仅在精神价值取向方面对现实社会产生重要的影响,还会对中国的未来产生潜在的趋势性影响。针对基督教在国企女性员工中相对较高的占有比例、对国企女性自身的影响及其传播影响等问题,提出降低认知"门槛"、增加企业感性关怀以重塑"主人翁"精神、构建网络传教的社会回应模式等对策建议,力求减轻基督教在国企女性员工及社会中的影响,营造良好的宗教环境。 The research on the religious beliefs of female employees of state-ow ned enterprises has an important influence on the spiritual value orientation of real society,and will also have a potential impact on the future of China.According to the comparatively high proportion of Christian women in the female employees of state-ow ned enterprises,their influences on the state-ow ned women themselves,and the influence of Christianity,it is proposed suggestions to reduce cognitive"threshold",increase corporate sensibility,reshape the"owner"spirit,social response model of internet mission,in order to reduce the influence of constructing and construct Christianity on women and society in state-ow ned enterprises and create a good religious environment.
