重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的无创正压通气治疗效果

Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation for Severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease with Respiratory Failure

目的研究重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭的无创正压通气治疗效果。方法选取该院110例重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者(2016年8月—2017年12月)作为该次研究的研究对象,将其依据随机原则分为对照组、观察组,分别行常规治疗和无创正压通气治疗,对比其两组治疗效果、临床指标。结果观察组重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者治疗总有效率96.36%,相比对照组更具有优势(χ2=11.76;P<0.05)。观察组重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭患者呼吸功能恢复时间(t=12.38;P<0.05);治疗时间(t=15.57;P<0.05),均短于对照组,组间相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症慢阻肺合并呼吸衰竭应用无创正压通气治疗,效果显著,同时还能有效改善其动脉血气指标,值得研究。

Objective To study the effect of non-invasive positive pressure ventilation in severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure. Methods 110 patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure in the hospital（from August 2016 to December 2017） wer selected as the subjects of this study.According to the random principle, they were divided into control group and observation group. Routine treatment and noninvasive positive pressure ventilation were performed to compare the treatment effects and clinical indicators of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.36% in patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure, which was more advantagous than the control group（χ^2=11.76; P〈0.05）. Observation group of patients with severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure recovery time（t=12.38; P〈0.05）; treatment time（t=15.57; P〈0.05）, shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistially significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure is effective, and it can effectively improve its arterial blood gas index. It is worth studying.
