子宫内膜异位症术后药物干预联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Postoperative Drug Intervention Combined with Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System in Endometriosis

目的探讨在子宫内膜异位症手术治疗后,采取药物、节育器辅助治疗的效果。方法选取青海省人民医院妇科2015年3月—2017年4月接诊的子宫内膜异位症手术患者64例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各组32例,分别采用孕三烯酮治疗与孕三烯酮、醋酸亮丙瑞林微球联合左炔诺孕酮宫内节育系统辅助治疗,观测治疗6个月后临床效果,随访12个月后不良反应与复发率情况。结果对照组临床治疗总有效率为81.25%,不良反应发生率为75.00%,复发率为34.38%;观察组临床治疗总有效率为93.75%,不良反应发生率为31.25%,复发率为12.50%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过为子宫内膜异位症患者提供术后药物、节育器辅助治疗,可有效提高治疗效果,降低不良反应和复发率。

Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of medication and IUD-assisted treatment after surgical treatment of endometriosis. Methods A total of 64 patients undergoing endometriosis surgery in the Department of Gynecology of People＇s Hospital of Qinghai Province from March 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group. There were 32 cases in each group. Ketone therapy was combined with gestrinone and leuprolide acetate ball microspheres combined with levonorgestrel intrauterine contraceptive system adjuvant therapy to observe the clinical effect after 6 months of treatment, and the adverse reaction and recurrence rate after 12 months follow-up. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the control group was 81.25%, the adverse reaction rate was 75.00%, the recurrence rate was 34.38%; the total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 93.75%, the adverse reaction rate was 31.25%, and the recurrence rate was 12.50%, there was a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion By providing postoperative drugs and IUD-assisted treatment for endometriosis patients, the treatment effect can be effectively improved, and the adverse reactions and recurrence rates can be reduced.
