风险评估在新生儿臀红预防与护理中的效果探讨

The Effect of Risk Assessment in Prevention and Nursing of Neonatal Hip Redness

目的探讨风险评估在新生儿病房臀红预防与护理中的作用与效果。方法选择该院新生儿病房2016年1—12月住院患儿564例为对照组,给予常规护理;2017年1—12月住院患儿615例为观察组,观察组从入院即开展新生儿臀红风险动态评估,并进行标准化护理干预,观察两组患儿院内臀红的发生率、重度臀红的发生率、平均住院日、平均住院费用及家属满意度的差异。结果观察组新生儿院内臀红的发生率(2.6%)、重度臀红(0.2%)的发生率均明显低于对照组(χ~2=7.41、8.24,P<0.05);家属的满意度(90.1%)高于对照组(χ~2=11.25,P<0.05);而在患儿的平均住院时间、住院均次费差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在新生儿病房对臀红开展动态地风险评估及标准化地护理干预,增强了医护人员的预防为主的意识,有效降低了新生儿院内臀红的发生率,减少了护理纠纷的发生。

Objective To explore the role and effect of risk assessment in the prevention and care of hip redness in the neonatal ward. Methods 564 case hospitalized children from January to December in 2016 were selected in the neona tal ward of the hospital as a control group and received routine nursing care. From January to December in 2017, 615 case hospitalized children were observation group. The observation group started neonatal redness on admission. Risk dynamic assessment and standardized nursing interventions were conducted to observe the incidence of in-honey red, the incidence of severe hip redness, the average length of stay, average hospitalization costs, and family member satisfaction. Results The incidence of neonatal hip redness in the observation group（2.6%） and severe hip redness（0.2%） were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（χ^2=7.41, 8.24, P〈0.05）; satisfaction of the family members（ 90.1%） was higher than the control group（χ^2=11.25, P〈0.05）; however, there was no significant difference in the average length of stay and hospitalization in children（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Dynamic risk assessment and standardized nursing interventions for hip red in neonatal wards have enhanced the awareness of prevention by medical personnel, effectively reduced the incidence of neonatal hip redness in the neonatal ward, and reduced the occurrence of nursing disputes.
