不同手术治疗良性前列腺增生症的护理研究分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过对1 470 nm半导体激光经尿道前列腺汽化术和经尿道前列腺等离子切除术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的护理特点和术后并发症进行比较,探讨1 470 nm半导体激光经尿道前列腺汽化术治疗良性前列腺增生症(BPH)的疗效及安全性,提高不同手术方式的护理质量。方法选取2016年6月—2017年6月间济南市第五人民医院BPH患者360例作为研究对象,随机分为1 470 nm组和PKRP组,每组180例。1 470nm组实施1 470nm半导体激光经尿道前列腺汽化术,并于术后实施相应的护理干预,PKRP组接受经尿道前列腺等离子切除术。比较两组患者的手术效果。结果术后2组患者手术时间、术后膀胱冲洗时间、留置尿管时间及患者住院天数比较,差异有统计学意义(U=63.998、81.674、42.201、36.000,P<0.05);1 470 nm组术后并发症发生率2.8%低于PKRP组13.9%(χ~2=21.18,P<0.05)。结论与经尿道前列腺等离子切除术相比,1 470 nm半导体激光经尿道前列腺汽化术手术时间短、术后膀胱冲洗时间短、留置尿管时间短、并发症发生率少,住院时间短,治疗BPH效果肯定,值得临床推广。 Objective To compare the nursing characteristics and postoperative complications of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) with 1 470 nm semiconductor laser transurethral vaporization of the prostate and transurethral resection of the prostate, and to explore the treatment of 1 470 nm semiconductor laser transurethral vaporization of the prostate.The efficacy and safety of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH) improve the quality of care in different surgical procedures. Methods A total of 360 patients with BPH in the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan City from June 2016 to June2017 were selected and randomly divided into 1 470 nm group and PKRP group, 180 cases in each group. The 1470 nm group was subjected to transurethral vaporization of the prostate via a 1 470 nm semiconductor laser, and a corresponding nursing intervention was performed after surgery. The PKRP group received transurethral prostate plasma resection.The effect of surgery was compared between the two groups of patients. Results There were significant differences in the operation time, postoperative bladder irrigation time, indwelling catheter time and hospitalization days of patients in the 2 groups(U =63.998, 81.674, 42.201, 36.000, P〈0.05); postoperatively in the 1 470 nm group The incidence of complications was 2. 8% lower than that of PKRP group 13. 9%( χ^2= 21. 18, P〈0. 05). Conclusion Compared with transurethral resection of the prostate, the 1 470 nm semiconductor laser transurethral vaporization of the prostate has a shorter operative time, shorter postoperative bladder irrigation time, shorter indwelling urinary catheter time, less complications, and shorter hospital stay, worthy of clinical promotion.
