连台妇科腔镜手术配合管理流程及护理分析

The Management Procedure and Nursing Analysis of Gynecoscopic Endoscopic Surgery

目的对连台妇科强劲手术配合管理流程及护理方法进行探讨。方法选取该院2016年12月—2017年12月730台腹腔镜妇科手术作为观察组,应用改进手术配合管理流程及护理措施,选取该院2015年12月—2016年12月730台腹腔镜妇科手术作为对照组,应用常规手术配合管理流程及护理措施,对两组术前物品准备时间、接台物品准备时间、手术时间护手术医生护理满意度进行比。结果在术前用物品准备时间、接台物品准备时间及手术时间方面,观察组分别为(10.28±2.86)min、(3.07±0.79)min、(20.14±4.81)min,对照组分别为(14.34±2.36)min、(5.83±1.62)min、(31.02±9.88)min,差异有统计学意义(t=3.964、3.116、5.031,P<0.05);手术医生护理满意度方面,观察组为97.53%,对照组为90.14%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.506,P<0.05)。结论在连台妇科腔镜手术管理与护理中,对手术配合管理流程及护理方法进行改进,保证了手术的顺利进行,缩短了手术时间,对医疗资源合理优化利用,充分发挥出医疗设备的价值,应用效果显著,有推广的价值。

Objective To discuss the gynecological strong operation, management procedures and nursing methods.Methods 730 laparoscopic gynecological surgeries in the hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the observation group with improved procedures for surgical cooperation management and nursing measures, 730 laparoscopes from December 2015 to December 2016 in the hospital were selected. Gynecologic surgery was used as a control group. Routine surgery was used in conjunction with management procedures and nursing measures to compare the preoperative preparation time of items, the preparation time of receiving items, and the operating time of surgical care physicians. Results Before the preoperative preparation time, preparation time and operation time, the observation group was（10.28±2.86） min,（3.07±0.79） min,（20.14±4.81） min, and the control group was（14.34 ± 2.36） min,（5.83 ±1.62） min,（31.02 ± 9.88） min, the difference was statistically significant（t=3.964, 3.116, 5.031, P〈0.05）; surgeon satisfaction in terms of care of the observation group was 97.53% and the control group was 90.14%. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=6.506, P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the management and nursing of laparoscopic surgery for gynecologic surgery, the operation and management procedures and nursing methods are improved to ensure the smooth operation, shorten the operation time, optimize the use of medical resources, and give full play to the medical equipment. The application effect is significant, which has promotion value.
