摘要
用能量色散X射线荧光光谱法快速定性仿真饰品中的铅、镉、铬、砷、汞的研究。检测仿真饰品中铅、镉、铬、砷、汞的含量来判定其是否符合要求。对于定性与定量的测试进行了能量色散X射线荧光光谱法与电感耦合等离子发射光谱法的比较分析,证实了结果可靠。
Study on rapid qualitiative imitation jewelries which contain lead,cadmium, chromium,arsenic and mercury by using energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. Detect the content of lead,cadmium,chro mium,arsenic and mercury in the imitation jewelries to determine whether they meet the requirements. Compared with the experimental results of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry, the feasibility of the energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is proved.
