摘要
通过对激光功率监视比的测量实验,表明激光功率探头响应时间的一致性对监测比测量结果的影响,并设计实验,利用卷积方法模拟激光功率计的响应机制,最后简要讨论激光稳定性对监测比的影响,总结提高监测比稳定性的测量技巧。
Experiment on the beam splitting ratio is carried out to indicate the influence of consistency of laser power sensor's response time, then experiment and convolution algorithm is utilized to simulate laser power sensor's response schem, finally, the influence of laser stability on beam splitting ratio is briefly discussed and the measurement techniques to improving beam splitting ratio is summarized.
