Investigation of the uncertainty analysis of a new method for calibrating effective area of piston gauges

针对活塞式压力计,提出一种新的有效面积校准方法。首先介绍了该方法的测量模型,随后针对测量实例进行详细的不确定度分析,其结果与传统的起始平衡法相差可忽略不计,验证了该方法的理论可行性。最后,研究了差压计的计量特性与不确定度的关系,为差压计的选型提供借鉴依据。

A new- method for calibrating effective area of piston gauges is presented. Firstly, introduce the mathematical model of this method, and then specifically analyze the uncertainty of a measuring case whose result indicates the negligible difference between the new- and traditional initial balance method and testifies its feasibility. Finally, investigate the relationship between the measurement uncertaintyand capability of differential pressure gauges to give some reference and experience for the selection of differential pressure gauges.
