随着城市进一步扩张和人民生活水平不断提升,地处城市核心区的老港区,其功能和外在面貌都需要转换或提升。该文介绍了上海港老港区转型过程中在规划、设计与实施等环节的理念、做法与实践经验,为其他港口城市老港区功能置换与更新提供参考。

With increasing expansion of urban areas and sustaining improvement of people’s living standards, old port in downtown area need transformation or improvement both in their functions and appearances. This paper presents the ideas, practices and experience in the planning, design and implementation phases of the transformation of old port areas of Shanghai Port, in hope of providing a reference for the transformation and renewal of other old port areas.
