动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后脑血管痉挛的影响因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的分析动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后脑血管痉挛的影响因素。方法分析漯河市第六人民医院2015年3月~2018年3月救治发生蛛网膜下腔出血的200例患者临床资料,探究术后症状性的脑血管痉挛相关影响因素。结果经过多因素分析显示,患者年龄≥55岁、既往存在颅内动脉瘤破裂史、应用夹闭手术进行治疗、大脑前的动脉瘤、Hunt-HessⅣ级以及Fisher分级3级都是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后脑血管痉挛的独立预测因子(P<0.05)。结论患者年龄≥55岁、既往存在颅内动脉瘤破裂史、术式、大脑前的动脉瘤、Hunt-HessⅣ级以及Fisher分级是动脉瘤性蛛网膜下腔出血术后脑血管痉挛的影响因素。
