摘要 目的观察脑血管介入术心理护理与健康教育对患者的影响。方法将在本院接受脑血管介入术的60例患者作为研究对象,将其按照不同入院时间分为两组。2015年7月~2016年7月期间入院作为对照组(n=30),给予常规护理;2016年8月~2017年8月期间入院作为观察组(n=30),给予心理护理联合健康教育护理干预。观察两组患者护理效果。结果两组患者在介入术前SAS评分均无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者SAS评分明显低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05),具统计学意义。结论为脑血管介入术患者进行心理护理以及健康教育可以有效增加患者对于自身疾病的了解,缓解其不良情绪,治疗效果更加显著,值得推广。 Objective To observe the influence of psychological care and health education on patients after cerebrovascular intervention. Methods Sixty patients undergoing cerebrovascular intervention in our hospital were enrolled and divided into two groups according to different admission time. The patients were admitted to the hospital as a control group(n = 30) from July 2015 to July 2016. The patients were admitted to the hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 as the observation group(n = 30), and were given psychological care combined with health education Nursing intervention. Observation of two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results There was no significant difference in SAS score between the two groups before treatment(P〈0.05). After treatment, SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusions Psychological nursing and health education for patients with cerebrovascular intervention can effectively increase patients' understanding of their own diseases and relieve their negative emotions. The treatment effect is more significant and worthy of promotion.
