探讨临床护理路径应用在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中临床效果

To Explore the Effect of Clinical Nursing Pathway in Rehabilitation Nursing Care of Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨临床护理路径应用在缺血性脑卒中康复护理中的临床效果。方法选择汝州市人民医院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者96例作为研究对象,在其知情的情况下平均分成两组,即实验组和对照组均为48例。实验组采用临床护理路径,对照组采用常规护理措施,将两组患者的临床指标、运动功能评分(Fugl-Meyer)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分、简易精神状态(MMSE)评分、并发症进行对比分析。结果经观察对比分析,实验组患者的临床指标、并发症低于对照组且Fugl-Meyer评分、ADL评分、MMSE评分高于对照组,差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在缺血性脑卒中患者的康复护理中应用临床护理路径,既降低了临床指标与并发症,又提高治疗效果和护理服务,此护理方式值得临床应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of clinical nursing pathway in rehabilitation nursing care of ischemic stroke. Method Ninety-six cases of patients with ischemic stroke in our hospital were collected and divided into control group and experimental group with the patients＇ informed consent, with each group 48 cases. The patients in the control group received routine nursing, and the patients in the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway. The clinical indexes, motor function score（Fugl-Meyer）, Ability Daily Living（ADL） score, Minimum Mental State Examination（MMSE） score and complications of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results By the analysis of comparative observation, clinical indicators and complications of patients in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group and the FuglMeyer score, ADL score and MMSE score were significantly higher than the control group. There was significant difference between the groups, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the rehabilitation nursing of patients with ischemic stroke, the application of clinical nursing pathway could not only reduce the clinical indicators and complications, but also improve the treatment effect and nursing service. This method of nursing was worthy of clinical promotion.
