摘要
选用正负极体系相同、结构设计不同的两款电芯,比较不同的结构设计对锂离子电池内阻、倍率性能、功率性能等的影响,结果表明:通过增加极耳数量改变电池结构设计,电池的交流内阻值降低约一倍,相应电池倍率放电时的中值电压升高,温升降低;极耳数量增加、交流内阻降低的锂离子电池相应的直流阻抗也越小,在10%~80%放电深度(depth of dis cha rge,DOD)的区间内,同一交流内阻的锂离子电池直流阻抗变化不大;与直流内阻的变化趋势一致,交流内阻小的锂离子电池的功率较强,在深DOD区间内,锂离子电池的功率均明显降低。
Two types of cores with the same positive and negative electrode systems and different structural designs were selected to compare the effects of different structural designs on the internal resistance, multiplier performance and power performance of lithium-ion batteries. The results show that the alternating current impendence(AC)reduces 50% by the plate lugs quantity increased, the corresponding cell shows better performance at middle voltage and temperature rise when rate test; the direct current(DC) impendence is smaller which battery has small AC resistance with more plate plugs, and the DC impendence which has the same AC resistance changed little at the range of 10%~80% DOD. In line with the tendency of DC impendence, the power performance which has small AC resistance is stronger than the battery with big AC resistance, but under the deep DOD interval, discharge power of Li-ion battery is both decreased obviously.
