锂离子电池不同极耳分布下热行为研究 被引量:3

摘要 锂离子电池热行为在电池工作过程中扮演重要角色,以软包磷酸铁锂电池为研究对象,研究了电池极耳分布对电池电芯热行为的影响。研究结果表明,采用双侧极耳分布的锂离子电池电芯呈对称性分布,并且其最大温度略高于同倍率下单侧极耳分布。此外,随着倍率增大,锂离子电池电芯温度迅速升高,5 C放电最高温度可达到318 K,在电池正常工作温度范围内,不需额外散热策略。 Thermal behavior of lithium ion battery plays an important role in the the battery discharge process. The soft package lithium iron phosphate battery was taken as the research object, then the effect of tab distributions on the thermal behavior of the battery cells. The results show that the lithium-ion battery with two sides tabs has a symmetrical distribution, and its temperature is slightly higher than that with one-side distribution battery. In addition,with the increasing of discharge ratio, the temperature of lithium-ion battery goes up quickly. The temperature can reach 318 K at the discharge rate of 5 C, and the temperature exists in the battery normal operating temperature range. Furthermore, no extra cooling strategy is needed.
