铅酸电池隔板材料绝缘性能与环境湿度的关系

摘要 为研究铅酸蓄电池隔板材料的绝缘性能与环境湿度的关系,在不同的环境湿度下对不同铅酸蓄电池隔板材料的绝缘电阻进行测试,测试结果表明,环境湿度对隔板的绝缘电阻的影响较大。当环境湿度增加时,不同隔板材料的绝缘电阻的变化也不同,有的变小,有的几乎不变。隔板绝缘电阻的大小对铅酸蓄电池电极组短路测试漏电流影响较大。通过对铅酸蓄电池进行贮存测试可发现,绝缘材料的电阻大小对铅酸蓄电池的性能影响不大。 The relationship between the insulation performance of the separator and the environmental humidity of the lead-acid battery was studied. The insulation resistance of separator materials of different lead acid batteries under different environment humidity was tested. The test results show that the insulation resistance of the separator is greatly influenced by the environmental humidity. When the humidity of the environment increased, the change of the insulation resistance of the material was different. The leakage current of the lead-acid battery was greatly influenced by the insulation resistance of the separator. The resistance of insulating material had little effect on the performance of lead-acid battery through the storage test of lead-acid battery.
