用于非对称超级电容器的VN制备及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 以五氧化二钒为原料,通过熔融发泡法制备五氧化二钒发泡材料,采用不同氨解温度制备了VN材料,并对材料进行X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、孔径分析和电化学性能测试。结果显示氨解温度为800℃时制备的VN材料具有最好的性能,比表面积为87.5 m^2/g,SEM显示其颗粒均匀分布、无团聚现象,在0.5 A/g电流密度下放电比电容为201 F/g,具有良好的可逆性,库仑效率大于90%。 vanadium pentoxide was used as raw material for the preparation of vanadium pentoxide foamed material by melt foaming method. Then VN materials were prepared using different ammoniacal decomposition temperatures.VN materials were characterized by XRD, SEM, pore structure test and electrochemical measurement. The results show that the VN material prepared at 800 ℃ aminolysis has the best performance, which specific surface area is 87.5 m2/g. SEM shows it has uniform distribution of particles and no reunion, and the discharge capacitance is 201 F/g at 0.5 A/g current density with good reversibility, and the Coulomb efficiency is greater than 90%.
