Design of multi-output power supply for battery management unit applied to satellite

摘要 针对卫星蓄电池管理单元供电需多路隔离输出供电问题,提出了一种小功率多输出开关电源电路设计方案。该方案采用BUCK+推挽+后级整流级联拓扑,通过一个反馈控制量实现多路输出控制,达到输出电压一致而稳定的效果。实验证明,该电路安全可靠、稳定性好、纹波小,达到了设计要求。 A design scheme of small power multi-output power supply circuit was proposed to solve the problem of multiple isolated output power supply for the satellite battery management unit. BUCK+push-pull+post-rectification cascade topology was applied. Control of multi-channel output was realized by one feedback voltage. The output voltages were consistent and stable. The Experiment proves that the circuit is safe, reliable, small ripple, and the design requirements is reached.
