摘要
目前通信系统阀控电池主要采用玻璃微纤维作为隔板生产材料。玻璃微纤维具有高的孔隙率和良好的润湿性,能够长久储存大量的电解液,但其抗拉强度较低。酸凝胶隔板是一种新型材料隔板,具有优异的拉伸性能和抗穿刺强度,可进行高度自动化生产,应用于胶凝电解液阀控铅酸电池中,电池可以深度循环应用并且使用过程中免维护,但电解质填充过程较为复杂。新型材料隔板的使用是实现通信设备铅酸电池轻量化的途径之一。
Recently, microfibre glassmats were predominantly used in vrla-battery of communication system, which based on their high porosity and good wettability, and large electrolyte volumes could be durably retained by the glass fibres, but their tensile strength was not satisfied. Acid gel separator was a new material partition with excellent tensile properties and puncture resistance and could be well integrated into highly automated assembly processes.When it was used in gel electrolyte valve control lead acid battery, the batteries could be used in deep circulation without maintenance. But the filling process of electrolyte was complex. The using of the new materials of separator was one of the methods to realize the lightweight of lead-acid batteries in communication equipment.
