摘要 全面振兴农业是关系社会主义现代化建设的全局性、根本性问题,历来受到党和国家领导人的高度重视。农业企业作为农业现代化建设的主力军,是推动中国经济发展的重要力量,其竞争力的提高关乎企业自身乃至整个行业的发展。农业企业想要提高自身竞争力,必须要进行科学、公平公正的招聘。从伦理视角出发,对农业企业招聘环节的公平性问题进行研究,探讨主要存在的问题类型及其成因,并针对存在的问题提出解决对策,从而呼吁农业企业进行公平的招聘,提高招聘的质量。 The comprehensive revitalization of agricultureis an overall and fundamental issue related to the socialist modernization drive and has always been highly valued by the leaders of the party and the country. As the main force of agricuhural modernization, agricuhural enterprise is an important force in promoting China's economic development. The improvement of their competitiveness is related to the development of the company itself and the entire industry. In order to improve their competitiveness, agricuhural enterprises must conduct scientific and fair recruitment. From the perspective of ethics, this paper studied the fairness of the recruitment of agricultural enterprises, discussed the main types of problems and causes, and proposed some solutions to the existing problems, so as to call for a fair recruitment of agricultural enterprises and improve the quality of recruitment.
