国内医学领域模糊逻辑研究主题分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:通过对我国发表的模糊逻辑研究文章的合作情况、研究热点与前沿进行可视化分析,了解有关模糊逻辑研究最新进展,为学者开展医学领域模糊逻辑相关研究提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台中文数据库获取模糊逻辑相关研究。采用书目共现分析系统(BICOMS-2)对发表时间、作者、机构、省份和关键词信息进行抽取和整理,并生成共现矩阵;采用Ucinet 6.0软件中的Net Draw绘制作者、机构、关键词和省份的社会网络分析图;采用g CLUTO2.0软件对主要关键词进行聚类分析。结果:最终纳入284篇模糊逻辑研究文章,我国31个省市地区、253个研究机构、651位作者参与发表。作者形成的合作团队人数较少,未形成人数较多的大团队合作;跨机构单位、跨地区的合作关系非常少,均未形成广泛的合作网络。研究主题主要包括利用模糊系统对心电信号/血压的模糊控制/识别;通过人工智能信息检索/数据发掘对心肌梗死患者进行预后的风险评价;模糊理论/模糊逻辑/神经理论/模糊方法/模糊数学在图像处理/糖尿病患者的舌下络脉检测/中药鉴定/胃黏膜异型诊断增生/高校图书馆的应用3个方面。结论:我国模糊逻辑研究的文章数量近几年有所减少,参与研究的作者和机构的跨地区和跨机构合作需要进一步加强,研究主题仍需进一步拓展。 Objective:To analysis the cooperation, research topic and frontiers of the study of fuzzy logic in medical field in China, so as to provide the latest progress and references for the researchers. Methods : We searched the databases of CBM, CNKI and Wanfang to obtain the fuzzy-logic study. The related publish time, author, organization, province and keywords were extracted and produced co-matrix by BI-COMS-2. The network diagram of author, organization, province and keywords were drawn by NetDraw, at the same time, cluster analysisedby gCLUTO. Results: A total of 284 studies involving 31 provinces and cities, 253 research units and 651 researchers were includ-ed. Members involved in the study were less. The cooperation was weak. The study focused on 3 aspects, fuzzy control/recognition in ECG/ blood pressure using fuzzy system, artificial intelligence assess the risk of myocardial ilffaretion patients through ilfformation retrieval/data min-ing, fuzzy theory/fuzzy logic/neural theory/fuzzy method/fuzzy mathematics in image processing/detection of sublingual collaterals in Chinese patients with diabetes mellitus/identification d traditional Chinese medicines/application of gastric dysplasia in diagnosis of hyperplasia/univer-sity libraries. Conclusion: Fuzzy logic related research in China has decreased slowly in recent years. The cooperation between researchers and institutions of different regions and organizations need to be further strengthened. The research themes still need to be further expanded.
