摘要
以GB32167为依托,基于管道自身完整性状态和完整性管理工作的全流程,通过建立完整性管理效能评价的双指标体系,用层次分析法确定权重,提出效能评价的分级准则,进而建立了完整性管理的效能评价模型.应用实例表明:双指标评价体系具有单指标体系不具备的优势,可以更好地反映企业完整性管理的运行状况,有利于企业分析自己管理当中的不足,促进企业发展.
Taking GB32167 as a basis, based on the integrity status and full flow passage of integrity management work of the pipeline proper, by means of establishing a dual index system for evaluation of its integrity management effectiveness, and determing the weights with hierarchical analysis method; the hi erarchy division criterion of effectiveness evaluation is put forward and further the integrity management efficiency evaluation model is established. The actual application examples show that the dual index system of evaluation will have advantages over the single index system. It can reflect well the operational condition of the integrity management of the enterprise and will be advantageous to the analysis of the defect in their management and promote enterprise development.
