摘要 模具制造工艺实验教学在材料成型及控制工程专业人才的培养过程中具有重要的作用。根据学校应用型人才培养以及专业要求的"一师四能"的培养目标和要求,同时在分析传统模具制造工艺实验教学中存在的缺陷,结合本实验课程的特点,对模具制造工艺实验课程体系进行了三角设计,建立分层次、重实践、做尖端的教学模式,对不同层次培养不同能力的学生采取了由宏观到精细的实施过程。在不同层次采取灵活的实验教学方法以及不同的实验考核评价机制,具有良好的教学效果,对工程类实验课程的开展具有一定的借鉴作用。 The mold manufacturing process experiment course plays an important role in the training of material forming and control engineering major. According to the training objectives and requirements for the training of applied talents in schools and requirements of " one division and four capabilities ", and at the same time analyzing the defects of the traditional experimental teaching of mold manufacturing processes, combining the characteristics of the experimental courses, the Triangular system was designed and was carried out a hierarchical, practical, and cutting-edge teaching model was carried out, and a macro-to-fine implementation process was adopted for students at different levels. At different levels, flexible experimental teaching methods as well as different experimental evaluation mechanisms are adopted, which have good teaching effects and have certain reference effects for the development of engineering experimental courses.
