摘要 职业学校中教师的职业倦怠现象越来越普遍,各学校面临着学科带头人带不起"头",骨干教师不肯"干"的问题。如何消除中职学校教师的职业倦怠,帮助教师突破职业瓶颈,恢复职业活力,成了各中职学校急需解决的问题。本文将从职业倦怠产生的原因入手分析,再对症提出消除中职学校教师职业倦怠的建议。 The occupational burnout of teachers in vocational schools is becoming more and more common, and all schools are faced with the problem that academic leaders cannot bring their heads to bear and key teachers are unwilling to do their jobs. How to eliminate the job burnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools, help teachers break the career bottleneck and restore their career vitality, has become an urgent problem for secondary vocational schools. This paper will start with the analysis of the causes of occupational burnout and then put forward some Suggestions to eliminate the occupational burnout of teachers in secondary vocational schools.
