摘要 对使用频率较高的几种飞行疲劳检测方法与缓解措施的原理、特点及研究进展进行了评述。首先,从主客观两方面对疲劳检测技术进行归类总结,提出不同检测技术的优缺点。其次,从三个角度阐述现有的疲劳缓解措施。最后,对飞行疲劳检测方法研究提出一些建议。 The fundamentals, characteristics and research progress of several frequent flight fatigue detection methods and mitigation measures are reviewed. First of all, this paper classifies and summarizes the fatigue detection technology from both subjective and objective aspects, and puts forward the advantages and disadvantages of different detection technologies. Secondly, the existing mitigation measures of fatigue are expounded from three parts. Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the research of flight fatigue detection methods.
