测量系统分析在民机系统模拟试验项目中的研究与应用

Application of Measurement System Analysis in Civil Aircraft System Simulation Test Project

民用飞机设计过程复杂,往往需要开展大量的模拟试验来验证设计的合理性。本文以民机系统模拟试验项目为研究对象,在介绍了测量系统和测量系统分析概念的基础上,通过分析民机系统模拟试验过程中对测量系统的控制现状,发现其存在对测量系统缺乏整体有效评价的问题。针对该问题,本文提出了对测量系统进行整体有效评价的内容和步骤,并通过实例应用加以说明。本文对民机系统模拟试验项目中测量系统分析的开展具有一定参考价值。

Due to the complexity of civil aircraft design process, a large number of simulation tests are often needed to verify the rationality of the design. In this paper, we focus on the aircraft system simulation tests, introduce the concepts of the measurement system and the measurement system analysis, analyze the current status of measurement system, and find that an effective the overall effective evaluation of the measurement system is lacked. To solve this problem, here, we put forward the contents and steps of the overall effective evaluation of the measurement system, and illustrate it through examples. Our study provides novel ideas and reference not only to the analysis of the aircraft system measurement.
