摘要
对钢渣粗精矿进行适度磨细(细度:-0.076mm50%),运用弱磁选—磁选柱组合流程进行分选,可得到的铁精矿指标为:TFe:93.92%,SiO_2:0.52%,P:0.06%,MFe:76.43%,该指标达到了生产直接还原铁的原料标准。使用经研究推荐的工艺深加工钢渣粗精矿,可获得优质的直接还原铁原料,提高了钢渣资源的综合利用价值。
The proper fine grinding (fineness : - 0. 076rantS0% ) shall be carried out for the steel slag rough concentrate, the low intensity magnetic separation-magnetic separation colunm combination is applied for separation, the obtained indicators of iron concentrate are: TFe: 93.92%, SiO: : 0.52%, P: 0.06%, MFe: 76.43% , these indicators can achieve the raw material standard that can be directly used for iron reduction production. The direct reduction iron raw material with good quality can be produced by using of the reconunended deep processed steel slag rough concentrate, which improved the comprehensive utilization value of steel slag resources.
