污酸废水中氟离子和氯离子处理实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用硫酸处理某铜冶炼厂的污酸废水中的氟离子和氯离子。通过正交实验得出,影响氟离子和氯离子去除效果的因素主次顺序为:时间>酸度>温度。通过单因素实验得出,在硫酸浓度600 g/L、时间60 min、温度132℃的条件下,氟离子浓度由6 880 mg/L降低到22 mg/L,去除率达99.7%;在硫酸浓度600 g/L、时间120 min、温度132℃的条件下,氯离子浓度由7 640 mg/L降低到69 mg/L,去除率达99.1%。 The fluorine ion and chloride ion in polluted acid waste water generated from one copper smehing plant shall be treated by using of sulfuric acid. The primal7 and secondal7 sequence of the influence factors for the removal efficiency of fluorine ion and chloride ion is : time 〉 acidity 〉 temperature according to the orthogonal experiment. The following indicators are obtained through single factor experiment, under the conditions that the sulfuric acid concentration is 600g/L, the time is 60min, the temperature is 1329C, the chloride ion concentration is decreased from 6880mg/L to 22mg/L, the removal rate can reach to 99.7% ; under the conditions that the sulfuric acid concentration is 600g/L, the time is 120rain, the temperature is 132℃, the chloride ion concentration is decreased from 7640mg/L to 69mg/L, the removal rate can reach to 99. 1%.
