构建云南省铅锌矿选矿废水处理与回用技术规范的必要性与可行性研究

The Necessity and Feasibility Research and the Technical Specifications on Establishment of Treatment and Recycling of Lead-zinc Beneficiation Wastewater

推进铅锌矿选矿废水处理与回用,对云南省减小污染物排放总量、提高水资源利用效率及降低环境风险具有现实意义。从我国现有法律法规要求及云南省铅锌产业和生态环境保护的发展现状及存在问题入手,综合分析了制定规范的必要性,重点研究了先进典型企业铅锌矿选矿废水处理与回用的成功经验,提出了构建规范的可行性,以期为技术规范的构建提供参考。

Promotion on the treatment and recycling of lead - zinc beneficiation wastewater has the practical significance for increasing of pollutant discharge gross quantity, improvement of the water resource utilization rate and reducing of the environmental risk of Yunnan province. The necessity for norm-setting is analyzed synthetically according to the domestic existing laws and regulations, the development situation and the existing problems of lead-zinc industry and ecological environment protection aspects of Yunnan province.
