摘要
针对可展开式热辐射产品中环路热管与外贴热管低温钎焊、高温使用的技术要求,开发一种新型镓基低银钎料Ga60Cu38Ag2。采用扫描电子显微镜、XRD能谱分析、DSC等方法对试验结果进行分析对比,结果表明,镓基钎料中的元素Cu,Ga形成了CuGa_2的金属间化合物,并且其中的部分Ga扩散到铝合金Ag镀层中,与银形成了Ag_3Ga金属间化合物;元素Al部分固溶在镀层中,部分与Ag形成了AlAg_3的金属间化合物。钎焊接头抗剪强度达到18 MPa,钎料的固相线温度为263℃,满足可展开式热辐射器的使用要求。
For technical requirements of loop heat pipe and heat pipe applied outside connection on low temperature brazing and high temperature using during thermal radiation products,a new type of gallium-based low silver filler metals Ga60Cu38Ag2 was developed. The test resultsanalyzed by scanning electron microscope,DSC,XRD spectrum analysis showed that the elements Cu and Ga in the gallium-based brazing filler metal had formed CuGa_2,and a part of the Ga diffused to the Ag plating of aluminum alloy and forming Ag_3Ga intermediate compound with silver. A Part of the element Al is solid saluted in the coating,and a part formed AlAg_3 intermediate compounds with Ag. The shear strength of brazed joint can reach 18 MPa,and the solidus temperature of solder is 263 ℃,which satisfies the using demand of the expanded heat radiator.
