摘要 转环组件是一体化点焊机上非常重要的人体工程学部件,直接关系到作为汽车焊装用主要手持点焊设备的一体化点焊机的操作性。研究了一体化点焊机转环用普通深沟球轴承、无内外圈单钢球滚动体类轴承结构、等截面四点接触薄壁轴承、钢丝轨道轴承等各类型轴承及相应的转环组件结构,综合比较了各类型轴承的特点和适用性,提出了优先采用的轴承类型及转环组件结构。 The rotary mechanism is an important ergonomic part of the integrated spot welding gun. It is directly related to the operation of welding gun which is the main hand-held spot welding equipment for automobiles. Different structures of rotary mechanism were researched,which includes deep groove ball bearing,ball bearing structure without inner and outer rings,four point contact ball bearing with constant cross section and wire race ball bearing. A preferred rotary mechanism with bearing was proposed by comparing the characteristics and applicability of various bearings.
