摘要
采用多级A/O+膜生物反应器工艺处理煤间接液化项目实际工程废水,对比了传统帘式与海藻式膜生物反应器的设计参数及运行特点,指出膜生物反应器运行时的注意事项,为同类工程设计提供参考。2种膜生物反应器在进水水质波动较大的情况下,通过定期清洗解决了膜污染问题,实现长期稳定运行,处理出水优于《黄河流域(陕西段)污水综合排放标准》(DB 61/224—2011)的一级标准。
The multi-stage A/O+MBR process has been used for treating the actual industrial wastewater of indirect coal liquefaction project, and the design parameters and operation characteristics of conventional curtain-type MBR and seaweed-type MBR compared. The matters needing attention to the running of membrane bioreactors are pointed out,providing reference for similar engineering design. The membrane pollution problems of the two kinds of MBR under the condition of great influent quality fluctuation can be resolved by regular cleaning. As a result,long-term stable operation can be achieved, and the treated effluent is better than the first class standard specified in the Yellow River Region(Shaanxi Setion) Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(DB 61/224-2011 ).
