摘要
为大苞萱草的品种选育及应用提供理论依据,分别在阴性、全光照环境下,研究橙黄色大苞萱草自花授粉子三代盛花期的花蕾数、叶宽、花葶直径、叶长、叶数、花葶长和单花直径等7个主要性状遗传参数的变化规律。结果表明:在子代中出现黄、金黄和橙黄色3种花色群体;全光照环境可增加橙黄色花数量、花葶长度和直径,花朵直径较大,增加花的观赏价值,叶片数量较少,叶长和叶宽较小;阴性环境可增加金黄色花和黄色花的花朵数量,植物较矮、较细,花的观赏价值降低,但是叶片数量增加,叶长和叶宽较大,利于观赏叶片;金黄色花群体的花叶性状优于母本,在后代培育中可以作为重点培育对象进行选育。
The variation rule in genetic parameters of bud number, leaf width, scape diameter, leaf length, leaf number, scape length and flower diameter of third generation offspring from self-pollination of orange-yellow H. middendorffii at full flowering stage was studied under shade and natural light environment to provide the theoretical basis fur breeding and application of H. middendorffii varieties. Result: There are three flower color populations of yellow, golden-yellow and orange-yellow in third generation offspring of orange-yellow H. .middendorffii. The natural light environment increases quantity of orange-yellow flowers, scape length, scape diameter and flower diameter but reduces leaf number, leaf length and leaf width, which improves the ornamental value of H. middendorffii flowers. The shade environment increases quantity of golden-yellow and yellow flowers, leaf number, ieaf length and leaf width but reduces plant height, which reduces the ornamental value of H. middendorffii flowers and increases the ornamental value of H. middendorffii leaves. The golden-yellow trait should be selected as the key trait in offspring breeding of H. middendorffii because the flower and leaf traits of golden-yellow population is better than the female parent.
