摘要
对黄姜花及同属植物姜花进行系统的生药组织学研究,为其生药鉴定提供依据。采用常规显微技术对黄姜花和姜花根茎及叶的徒手切片及其粉末的组织构造进行观察。结果表明:黄姜花和姜花根茎、叶及根茎粉末的显微特征存在一定的差异:1)黄姜花根茎有油细胞,而姜花不明显;2)姜花叶片显微结构气腔数量更多、体积更大;3)姜花叶片薄壁组织中维管束多于黄姜花。
In this paper the authors conduct a systematic study on pharmacognostic microanatomy of Hedychium flavum and Hedychium coronarium to provide basis for pharmacognostic identification. The conventional microscopy is employed to observe the tissue structure of freehand sections and powder of H. flavum and H. coronarium. Results: Microscopic features of rhizome, leaf and rhizome powder show fixed difference between H. flavum and H. coronarium: 1 ) Eleocyte can be observed in H. flavum rhizome which is not obvious in H. coronarium ; 2) The air cavity quantity and volume of microstructure of H. coronarium leaf ranks higher than H. flavum; 3) Vascular bundle quantity in parenchyma tissue of H. coronarium leaf is more than H.flavum.
