渭南市土地可持续利用综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Sustainable Land Use in Weinan City

为探究渭南市土地可持续利用水平,协调区域发展,从经济、资源环境和社会3个方面选取16个指标,运用极值标准化及熵权法分析渭南市11个县域土地可持续利用的情况,并进行综合评价。结果表明:渭南市土地可持续发展水平整体偏低,仅韩城市、临渭区和蒲城县达到基本可持续发展阶段,其余8个县区均处于初步可持续发展阶段;渭南市土地区域可持续发展不平衡,韩城市和临渭区的综合评价值比其他9个县区的高20%左右,基本跨越了1个发展阶段;各区域发展过程中,"资源-经济-社会"发展不协调,在未来发展中应协调资源、经济和社会三者的关系,从提高人口素质、发展经济等方面促进渭南市整体的可持续发展水平。

In order to explore the levels of sustainable utilization of Iand resources and coordinate regional development in Welnan City, 16 indices were selected from economy, resources and environment and social acceptability, and the comprehensive evaluation of sustainable land use in 11 counties were calculated using extremum-standardlzation method and entropy method. Results： The level of sustainable development in overaI1 is low. Only Hancheng City, Linwel District and Pueheng County are in basic stage of sustainable development, and the remaining eight counties are in preliminary stage. The regional sustainable development is not balanced, the comprehensive evaluation of Hancheng City and Linwei District is higher than the other nine counties by about 20%, basically spans a sustainable development stage. In the process of regional sustainable .development, the ＂resource-economic-social＂ development is not coordinated. In the future, to improve the overall level of the sustainable development of Weinan City, we should coordinate the relationships among resource, economy and society, enhance population quality and develop economy.
