摘要
目的探讨循环学习法对学生意外伤害现场救护知识与技能培训效果的影响。方法选取XX市区某中学七年级760名学生作为研究对象,通过循环学习法对全体研究对象进行意外伤害现场救护知识与技能培训,分析对比培训前、培训后学生对意外伤害现场救护知识与技能的掌握情况。结果培训后学生意外伤害现场救护知识知晓率达到98.55%、技能考核操作合格率为98.03%,显著高于培训前的83.16%,81.45%(P<0.05)。结论循环学习法的应用对提高学生意外伤害现场救护知识与技能培训效果具有重要意义,可帮助学生掌握现场救护知识与自救、互救技能,具备较高的应用价值。
Objective To explore the effect of circular learning on the training of students' knowledge and skills in accident rescue. Methods 760 students in grade seven of a middle school in XX city were selected as the research object. Through the method of circular learning,the whole research subjects were trained in the field of accident injury field rescue knowledge and skills,and the control study was carried out by self control method. The knowledge and skills of the accident injury site rescue were analyzed and compared before and after the training. Results After the training,the awareness rate of the students' accident injury on the spot was 98.55%,the qualification rate of the skill assessment operation was 98.03%,the awareness rate of the field rescue knowledge before the training was 83.16%,the qualification rate of the skill assessment operation was 81.45%,the knowledge awareness rate and the qualification rate of the skill assessment operation after the training of the students in the field were found. It was significantly higher than before training(χ~2=14.253,χ~2=14.928),P0.05.Conclusion the application of circular learning method is of great significance for improving the effect of knowledge and skill training for students' accident injury on the spot. It can help students to master the knowledge of rescue and save themselves and save each other.
