产业扶贫的可持续发展探究——以体育旅游产业为例

Study on Sustainable Development of Industrial Poverty Alleviation:A Case Study of Sports Tourism Industry

体育旅游产业作为绿色健康产业,在扶贫攻坚、改善国民生活质量、推进体育生态文明建设中扮演着重要角色。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对体育旅游产业扶贫的内涵、驱动要素、困境进行了深入剖析,对体育旅游产业扶贫的可持续发展要求、框架和路径进行了深层次探究。研究表明:体育旅游产业是扶贫的重要力量;体育旅游产业扶贫具备政策、消费、平台和资本四大驱动要素;体育旅游产业扶贫面临定位规划不清、基础设施落后、贫困人口分散和产业市场同质化四大困境。建议:体育旅游产业扶贫的可持续发展需满足科学性、全面性和特色性三大基本要求;遵循体育旅游产业扶贫可持续发展框架;贯彻多元扶贫、多方扶贫、特色扶贫和集中脱贫四大可持续发展途径。

As a green and healthy industry,the sports tourism industry plays an important role in helping the poor,improving the quality of people＇s life,and promoting the construction of sports ecological civilization.By using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the connotation,driving factors and predicament of poverty alleviation in sports tourism industry,and probed into the requirements,framework and path of sustainable development of poverty alleviation in sports tourism industry.The results shown that sports tourism industry was an important force for poverty alleviation.Poverty alleviation in sports tourism industry has four driving factors,policy,consumption,platform and capital,and it faced four predicaments,unclear positioning,poor infrastructure,scattered population and industrial market.Suggestions were that the sustainable development of sports tourism industry in poverty alleviation needed to meet the three basic requirements of science,comprehensiveness and characteristics,follow the framework of sustainable development of sports tourism industry in poverty alleviation,and implement the four sustainable development paths of multiplural poverty alleviation,multiparty poverty alleviation,characteristic poverty alleviation and concentration poverty alleviation.
