第13届学运会竞技健美操(中学组)混双决赛前八名运动员优劣势分析

Study on Top Eight Competition Performance of Competitive Aerobics(Secondary Group) Mixed Doubles Finals in The 13th Academic Games

以第十三届学生运动会竞技健美操(中学组)混双决赛前八名比赛成绩为研究对象,采用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理统计法,分别从艺术分、完成分、难度分进行比较与分析,研究影响混双项目发展的因素。结果表明:在艺术编排方面,对新规则的理解和把握不足是导致导致艺术得分较低首要因素;此外,比赛运动员音乐的选择和使用与动作风格的吻合性较差;空间类型缺乏复杂性和创新性;在完成方面,随着名次的下降,完成分与难度分依次呈下降趋势且难度动作的完成质量直接影响完成分的高低;在难度方面,C组难度动作的选择比重最大,难度动作的分布较均衡,但在难度动作分值的选择上,应根据运动员能力选取,过多使用超出运动员能力的高难度动作无法保证完成质量。

To explore the factors affecting the development of mixed doubles,taking the results of the top eight competitions in the mixed aerobics（secondary group） of the 13 th Student Games as the research object,literature,video observation and mathematical statistics were used to compare and analyze the art scores,completion points and difficulty points.The results showed that in terms of artistic arrangement,the lack of understanding and grasp of the new rules was the primary factor leading to lower artistic scores.In addition,the selection and use of the athlete＇s music was inconsistent with the action style.Space type lacked complexity and innovation.In terms of completion,as the rankings decreased,the completion points and difficulty points were in a downward trend,and the quality of the difficulty actions directly affected the level of completion points.In terms of difficulty,Group C had the largest proportion of difficulty actions and a more balanced distribution.However,in the selection of difficulty action,it should be selected according to the athlete＇s ability.Excessive use of difficult movements beyond the athlete＇s ability cannot guarantee the complete quality.
