高脚竞速赛前专项准备活动的初探

Preliminary Analysis on Special Preparation Activities for Stilts Competitive Speed Events

目的通过研究有针对性的专项准备活动在一定意义上促成运动员比赛时能力的发挥。方法采用文献资料法对高脚竟速的项目特征进行分析,主要从研究高脚竞速专项准备活动的意义及其相对应的作用、内容及原则进行探讨与分析。结果与结论寻找适合本项目的专项准备活动方案,为参加高脚竞速项目的运动员推广和普及相关专项准备活动知识,提高高脚竞速运动员在比赛中运动成绩,提升我国少数民族运动会高脚竞速项目的竞技水平。

Objective To promote the ability of athletes by studying targeted special preparation activities.Methods By using the method of literature,this paper analyzed the characteristics of stilts competitive speed,mainly discussed and analyzed the significance,corresponding function,content and principle of the special preparatory activities for stilts competitive speed.Results and Conclusion In order to promote and popularize the knowledge of the special preparatory activities for the athletes who participate in the stilts competitive speed events,improve the performance of the athletes in the competitions,and enhance the competitive level of the stilts competitive speed events in the national minority games.
