新形势下普通高校公共体育课程“课内外一体化”体系建设的实证研究——以华南农业大学为例

Empirical Study on System Construction of “Curricular and Extracurricular Resources Integration” for Public Physical Education:A Case Study of South China Agricultural University

紧依国家相关政策,结合当前高校体育的特点与实际,运用文献资料、实验研究、专家访谈等研究方法,对高校体育课程、课外体育活动的组织与管理进行探索,提出构建普通高校公共体育课程"课内外一体化"的大体育课体系,旨在为当前高校体育课程与课外体育活动的一体化体系的建设提供新的思路、开辟新的途径,同时,完善学校课外体育活动的管理体系。

Based on the relevant national policies,and combined the characteristics and reality of college physical education,this paper explored the organization and management of college physical education curriculum and extracurricular sports activities by using the methods of literature,experiment and expert interview,and have put forward the construction of the physical education curriculum in colleges and universities under the background of ＂Curricular and Extracurricular Resources Integration ＂.It aims to provide new ideas for the construction of the integration system of physical education curriculum and extracurricular sports activities,and at the same time,to improve the management system of extracurricular sports activities.
