新时代背景下特殊教育体育师资建设的审视与思考

Review and Reflection on Construction of Special Physical Education Teachers in New Era

采用文献资料、实地考察及访谈调研等研究方法,同时结合体育工作实践,对新时代背景下我国特殊教育体育师资建设进行研究。结果发现:当前特殊学校体育教师师资建设存在工作压力大、负担重,教学理念滞后,知识结构老化且与时代发展脱节,生活保障不到位等突出问题。研究认为:提高待遇保障,增加数量保证质量是特教体育师资队伍建设的基础;激励教师培训交流学习,与时俱进是师资队伍建设的核心;加大场馆设施资金投入,支持运作是师资队伍建设的硬件保障;制定教师考核评价体系,加强监督检查是师资队伍建设的依据和标杆。

By using the methods of literature,field and interview investigation,and combining with the practice of physical education work,this paper studied the construction of physical education teachers for special education in China under the background of the new era.The results showed that there were some prominent problems in the construction of physical education teachers in special schools,such as high pressure,heavy burden,lagging behind in teaching,knowledge structure was aging and divorced from the development of the times,and inadequate life security.It is the basis of the construction of the special physical education teachers team to improve the guarantee of teachers＇ treatment and increase their quantity and quality,to encourage teachers＇ training,exchange and study which aims to keep pace with the times,to increase the investment in stadiums and facilities and support the operation,and to formulate the evaluation system for teachers and add strong supervision and inspection is the basis and benchmark for the construction of teaching staff.
