玉米秸秆燃烧灰分中矿物演变及灰熔融特性 被引量:1

摘要 为研究生物质燃烧过程中矿物演变及灰熔融特性,对玉米秸秆进行热重(thermogravity,TG)及灰熔融烧结实验,并对在600、700、800、900℃下制备的玉米秸秆的灰样进行X射线荧光、X射线衍射分析.结果表明:玉米秸秆在293℃和450℃失重明显,失重率分别为33%和79%;600℃时基本燃烧完全;钾、钠及氯元素因其易挥发特性,随着温度的升高其含量逐渐下降,碱土金属元素含量随温度的升高而增加,氯化物随着温度的升高而逐渐挥发,碱土金属物质主要生成硫酸盐、硅酸盐及硅酸铝盐类化合物. In order to study the mineral evolution and ash fusion characteristics of corn stover during combustion process,thermogravimetry(TG)and sintering tests of corn stover were conducted in laboratory,and its ashes prepared at 600,700,800,and 900℃ were studied by X-ray fluorescence,X-ray diffractometer.The results show that there are two weight loss peaks at293 ℃ and 450 ℃ with the weight loss rate of 33% and 79%,respectively.The biomass completely combusted at 600℃.With increasing temperature,the contents of K,Na and Cl decrease gradually due to their volatile characteristics,but the content of alkaline earth metals increases.Chlorides also gradually evaporate into the air as the temperature rises.The resultants of alkaline earth metal materials are mainly sulfate,silicate and aluminosilicate salt compounds.
