多量程报警断电系统的设计与研究

摘要 目前市场上的断电系统存在精度不足、功能单一等问题.通过对单片机和传感器技术的研究,设计出一种可以支持多种气体如CH4、CO、H2S等信号传输并显示的多量程断电系统.通过大量的实验数据,建立相应传感器的三维数据表,并在断电系统工作时实时进行查表补偿,使测量结果更加精准.实验结果表明,该断电系统能够在与不同量程传感器的通信中实现高精度信号传递,在测量井下有害气体浓度、断电、报警等安全方面能够满足精度要求,可应用于井下多种气体精确测报. At present,the power off system in the market has shortcomings such as insufficient precision and single function.Through the research of MCU and sensor technology,a multirange power off system is designed to transmit and display signals of various gases such as CH4,CO and H2 S.Through a large number of experimental data,the 3 Ddata table of the corresponding sensor was established.When the power off system works,real-time lookup compensation is conducted,making the measurement results more accurate.Experimental results show that the power off system can achieve high precision of signal transmission in the communication with different range sensors.It can meet the requirement of precision in measuring the concentration of harmful gas,power off,and safety alarming.It can be applied to the accurate measurement of various kinds of gas in the well.
