摘要
联盟是现代企业合作的重要模式之一,伙伴选择问题一直是企业联盟合作中的关键问题。本文从这一问题出发,借鉴生态位理论构建联盟合作伙伴选择评价模型,从伙伴企业"生态位强度"和"生态位重叠度"两个方面分别构建指标体系,并选择适宜的评价方法,其中"生态位强度"选择"AHP-雷达图"的方法;"生态位重叠度"选择支持向量机的方法;最后根据联盟伙伴选择问题的特点,对两类评价结果进行集成,形成完整的评价计量模型。以期对联盟伙伴选择评价体系提供理论支撑,进一步完善此类问题的评价模型。
Alliance is one of the important patterns of modern enterprise cooperation. How to select the partner is one of the key issues in enterprise alliance cooperation. Based on this problem,this paper uses niche theory to build the evaluation model of alliance partner selection. This paper builds index systems from the two aspects of "niche strength"and "degree of niche overlap"respectively,and selects the appropriate evaluation method. "Niche strength"is evaluated by the method of AHP and radar map,while "degree of niche overlap"is evaluated by the method of support vector machine(SVM). Finally,according to the characteristics of the alliance partner selection problem,this paper adopts special methods to integrate the two types of evaluation results. This paper hopes to provide theoretical support for the evaluation system of the alliance partner selection.
