摘要
以社会分工演进的考察来解析辅导员队伍向职业化、专业化发展的必然性,运用社会公平、社会资本、心理资本的理论分析辅导员所处的社会环境、所拥有的社会资本以及所持的职业价值,提出应从统一标准,明确职责;构建职业共同体,增强社会认同感;营造"公平"的校园"软环境",强化辅导员的专业程度等三个方面来构建辅导员队伍建设的路径。
The author explains the inevitability of counselor team development towards professionalization and specialization through the study of evolution of social division,analyzes the social environment,the social capital and the professional value held by counselors by applying the theory of social equity,social capital and psychological capital,and proposes the following three paths to counselor team construction: unify standard and specify duty; build professional community and enhance social identity; create a "fair" campus "soft environment" and strengthen the professional level of counselors.
