On the Buyi Minority's Culture of Honest Government Culture and its Contemporary Value

布依族的传统民族文化具有"二元复合性"和"自律性"两个基本特质,当前布依族地区廉政文化建设要依据民间信仰和习惯法的道德引领和惩罚效应,吸收借鉴乡规民约的自治精神、契约精神、监督体制以及布依族社会组织和管理形式的合理内容,充分发挥布依族文化传统在当代廉政文化建设的时代价值。

The traditional ethnic culture of the Buyi Nationality has two basic characteristics of ＂binary complex type＂ and ＂self- discipline＂. The construction of the clean government culture in the Buyi region should be based on the moral guidance and punishment effect of the folk beliefs and customary laws, and absorb the autonomy spirit, the contract spirit, the supervision system and the Buyi social group. It is also important to give full play to time value of the Buyi nationality cultural tradition in contemporary honest government cultural construction.
